oui oui, Paris

Not going to lie to you: when ever I see a picture of Paris or someone talks about Paris I get a little emotional unstable. And going to French class every other day doesn't really help the situation either. To make matters worse I am reading Lunch In Paris and that describes everything about Paris -- the food, the culture and the overall pure romantic atmosphere.

Let's diagnose my problem: Paris Seperation Anxiety. (that's a real thing right?)

Face it. I haven't been to Paris in five years and I am absolutely dying to go back. I spent time in Paris during the fall. I was young, but being an only child I have always been very observant. The environment was busy, bustling and completely and utterly delicious. Being the fabulous child I am, I celebrated my ninth birthday on the Tour d'Eiffel (Eiffel Tower) devouring a personal sized chocolate lava cake with a small dollop of fresh whipped cream and strawberries. Now that I am older and more well traveled (30+ more countries since then), I truly appreciate the beauty and serenity that Paris has to offer. Now that I can speak a little of the romantic language … I'm ready to book my plane ticket and take off. Too bad I can't do that. #beingaminorwithstringsattached

This may or may not have been the hardest post that I have every written. I became very antsy while typing because it's a dream that I want to come true oh so badly.

Have you ever been to Paris? What is one of your traveling dreams?
