Sailing into A New School Year #6: Whitening your Teeth

Hello Lovelies!

With school only a few days away, everyone wants to look their best on the first day. One way to do that is by whitening your teeth. Now, don't go spend a lot of money on a professional teeth whitening, you can get great results by doing it yourself at home! This teeth whitening recipe is a Dr. Oz one, that I found on Pinterest.

First, get your ingredients together. You will need 1/4 cup baking soda, lemon juice from half of a lemon, and a q-tip.

Mix your ingredients together and then apply to your teeth with the q-tip. Do NOT leave the mixture on for more than a minute.

Then brush your teeth to remove the mixture.

This the before and after of my smile; you can really see the great results.

I hope, if you try it, it will turn out perfect for you.

Have a great day.

    1. It would be best to use it right away. But if you must refrigerate it, I wouldn't recommend keeping it there for more than a week. Thank you so much for your feedback! If you have any more questions, do not hesitate to email me!
