Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies **VEGAN**

Hello Loves!

As I promised last week here is the amazing recipe for my "Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies". These cookies use only raw and organic ingredients and 100% vegan. They are absolutely perfect for those sweet craving we all get. The best part? They are very healthy, and only use the best ingredients. 

You will need: 

6 tablespoons of coconut flour
4 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of chocolate chips (preferably ones with cacao or dark chocolate)
and 1 medium glass bowl 

**Note substituting whole-wheat flour for the coconut flour will make the cookie taste just like regular chocolate cookies

What to do: 

Preheat your oven to 350 
Combine all of the ingredients into the medium bowl with just a regular spoon. 

Roll them out onto a small cookie sheet. 
** Note that there are not a lot of measurements in this recipe so there is not going to be a lot of product. For larger parties I would suggest doubling or tripling the recipe. 

Place them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Cool and enjoy! 

These cookies are perfect for school lunches, afternoon snacks, or with frozen yogurt at night. I hope you enjoy them.
